Statues at the First High School

Description

The buildng of the First Gymnasium, built in 1873 by the architect Wilhelm Bücher of Graz, has four statues on the balustrade of the attica, showing the Quadrivium, the four arts taught after teaching the trivium (grammar, logic and rhetoric):
