Agranovich - Е.Д. Агранович, the sad knights on the front of the house were prototypes for Korov'yev-Fagot - Коровьев-Фагот in the novel «Мастер и Маргарита», (The Master and Margarita) (1934) by M.A. Bulgakov - М.А. Булгаков (1891-1940).
