believed to be the strongest man in the world at the end of the 19th and beginning of the 20th century
Georges Christen & Bernie Klein
New monument for John Grün at the occasion of the 100th anniversary of his death. The steel sculpture depicts the biceps, the muscle used for flexing the arms.
There was already since 1914 a John Grün obelisk in Mondorf-les-Bains (see here).
The monument is made from steel plates and steel rods bend by hand by Georges Christen.
