Annotation

Art on Cows, an original event, runned from 10 April to 1 September 2001 in Luxembourg City. 103 cows, gay, colorful, life-size were installed throughout the city (streets, parks, public places etc.) to brighten up the capital. Established artists, amateur artists, individuals, students of primary and secondary education, disabled persons, employees and municipal officials have taken the opportunity to express their creativity.
The winged cow Nike was submitted by Hotel Saint-Nicolas in Remich.
