Red granite bench with a bronze medallion with a full length portrait of Duke Vaidotas in armour, with the circumscription:

1362 m. kauno pilį narsiai gynė
kunigaikščio vaidoto vadovaujama įgula

In 1362 Kaunas Castle was valiantly defended by the arme led by Duke Vaidotas
