Bronze bust on a round column.

To the right of the bust is a stone with the beginning of the Lithuanian Partisan oath:
I swear by Almighty God to faithfully and honestly
respect Lithuania's Liberation Movement of the office?
I will fight for Lithuanian freedom and independence
lavish over its assets, nor health, nor life
