Description

Marbe statue of Pacioli with an open book in his hand. The statue commemorate the 500th anniversary of Pacioli's greatest work, the Summa de arithmetica, geometria, proportione et proportionalita (The Collected Knowledge of Arithmetic, Geometry, Proportion and Proportionality) which contains his bookkeeping treatise.

On the pedestal are several mathematical formulas and drawings:
