Bronze equestrial statue.
On the sides of the pedestal are reliefs, on the front text and on the back the coat of arms of Victor Emanuel II:

Annotation

Inaugurated in 1890 at the Piazza della Repubblica and in 1932 moved to the present location.

Sculptor

Emilio Zocchi (Firenze/Florence 1835 - Firenze/Florence 1913), Italian sculptor, father of Arnoldo Zocchi and cousin of Cesare Zocchi (Wikipedia).
