Description

Sculpture of a river (or canal) with barges designed by Dublin City Council Parks and Landscape Services to honour Dublin's designation as a UNESCO City of Literature. It is an element of a quote from James Joyce's Finnegans Wake: "a way a lone a last a loved a long the / riverrun, past Eve and Adam's, from swerve of shore to bend of bay, brings us by a commodius vicus of recirculation back to Howth Castle and Environs."
