Sculpture depicting a Gaelic football scene. Four footballers, two on the alert as two others go high into the sky; one, undoubtedly a Kerryman, grasping the ball, maybe Mick O'Connell, maybe Dara O'Se, or Tralee's own Sean Walsh in a duel with Dublin's Brian Mullins.
Unveiled 14 May 2007 by Minister for Arts, Sport and Tourism, John O'Donoghue TD, and Mayor of Kerry, Cllr Ted Fitzgerald.
- Mark Rode,
Irish/Australian sculptor from Brisbane, now living in Foxford.
