Caer Gybi
Y Gaer Rufeinig 1,700 oed hon yw calon hanesyddol y dref.
Fe'i gelwir ar ôl Sant Cybi, a sefydlodd eglws yma tua 540 OC.
Mae'r eglws a'r capel presennol yn dyddio yn ôl i'r Canol Oesoedd.

Fortress of Cybi
This 1,700 year old Roman Fort is the historic heart of the town.
It is named after Saint Cybi, who established a church here in about
540 AD. The present church and chapel date back to the Middle Ages.

Y Daith
Roedd Sant Cybi yn genhadwr yn yr Eglws Geltaidd a deithiodd
ymhell cyn sefydlu yma. Mae'r gwaith celf dur yn dangos ei
daith o Iwerddon i Gymru, el y'i disgrifir yn hanes "Bywyd
Sant Cybi".

The Journey
Saint Cybi was a Celtic Church missionary who travelled
widely, before settling here. This steel artwork depicts
his journey from Ireland to Wales, as described in
"The Life of St. Cybi".

Dylumwyd gan/Designed by Melanie Jackson 2007.
