Description

Tall pink granite Celtic style cross, rising to a circular head with a central relief rosette on each side. The cross is mounted on a cubic plinth which is set on inscribed base above which is a bronze portrait roundel with embossed bust, circumscribed: alfred william hvghes magister dilectus and pro patria mortvvs mdcccc.

On the other side a text in Welsh, which is too weathered to read.
