Bronze statue of Edwards wearing academic robes (membership gown of University of Wales). In his left arm he holds an open book. By the statue's left foot is a small pile of books.

Annotation

The statue is unveiled on 19 July 1922 at the occasion of the celebration of the 50th anniversary of the University College of Wales in presence of the prime minister Lloyd George.

A statue of his father stands in Bala, and a bust in nearby Capel Bangor.
