Bronze sculpture of a Gloucester Old Spot pig with baskets of fruit and vegetables . It stands on a granite base with brass text strips and ornaments.

Annotation

The statue, celebrating over 700 years of markets in Newport, stands outside the rear entrance of the Victorian indoor market.
