Statue of Queen Victoria crowned, with orb and sceptre. On the pedestal are the royal coat of arms, those of Cheshire en Chester, and Victoria's emblem.
It was unveiled on 17 October 1903 by Earl Egerton of Tatton, Lord Lieutenant of Cheshire.
