Bronze statue of Queen Victoria seated on a marble throne, holding a sceptre in right hand, an orb in the left. Above her head is the royal coat of arms. On the top of the marble surround framing the statue is a figure of St George fighting the dragon.

On the rear is a bronze sculpture of Motherhood, wearing a crown of roses and thorns and holds two infants in her arms. Beneath this statue a quotation from Henry IV let me bvt bear yovr love | i'll bear yovr cares.
