  1. defoe - Daniel Defoe (London c. 1660 - London 1731), born Daniel Foe, English trader, writer, journalist, pamphleteer, and spy, most famous for his novel Robinson Crusoe (Wikipedia).
  2. caxton - William Caxton (c. 1415 - 1492), English merchant, diplomat, writer and printer. He is thought to be the first English person to work as a printer and the first to introduce a printing press into England, which he did in 1476 (Wikipedia).
