Description

Sculpture group commemorating the arrival of Jean-Marie Vianney at Ars in 1818: the priest asks the way to Ars to a young shepherd, Antoine Givre. The sculpture was erected in 1938 on the site of this first encounter. The gate of the enclosure bears the dates 1818 and 1938.
