Statues - Hither & Thither

 

Description

The building was built in 1854 by the architect Claude-Anthelme Benoît (1794-1876). On the corner is a stone statue of St. Peter and above the windows of the first floor are portrait medaillons of famous men and women from Lyon, seven facing Rue Constantine and eight facing Rue Paul Chevanard.
