Description

Bronze statue of a sitting man in a thinking pose. Bronze copy of Michelangelo's marble statue of Lorenzo de' Medici, Duke of Urbino, called "Il Penseroso" (The Thinker). This 1531 statue is in the Medici Chapel, Church of San Lorenzo, Florence.
