Bronze sculpture of a dying centaur with lyre.
This work of bronze, also known as "The Dying Centaur" symbolizes the destiny of the artist in his fight against existence, unhappy, resigned and yet victorious. The Centaur untamed, having fought, died with in his hands the lyre with which he had hoped to reach the ideal.
