Reliefs from left to right:

Saint Charles Borromée - (Italian: Carlo Borromeo) (1538 - 1584), cardinal, worked during the Counter-Reformation and was responsible for significant reforms in the Catholic Church (Wikipedia).
Christ (photo bottom left)
La Vierge - The Virgin Mary - Saint Mary, the mother of Jesus Christ (Wikipedia).
Saint Nicolas - (4th century), Bishop of Myra (Wikipedia).
