Stone monument. Two large 'wings' standing upright with a statue of a woman (France) with broken chains in front of it, on the back side a relief of a resistance fighter with a gun.

In 1993 a commemorative plaque with a bronze portrait medaillon of Jean Moulin was added. The text is:

délégué du Général de Gaulle
The portrait is inscribed: 1899-1943 jean moulin and signed: m. courbier
