We haven't found any information about this person. His name is not on the tombstone (only François Perrot - 1838-1904 - his wife Marianne Sehan - 1842-1904- and sister Marie - 1884-1974 - are named; from this we suppose J.B. Perrot was born around 1870-80 and thus died c. 1910-20; he is not mentioned as a victim of the 1914-18 war on the War Memorial).
