Granite stele with a bronze portrait medallion of Botrel and reliefs on both sides. On the front the relief shows two women in Breton dress (La Paimpolaise gazing out to sea from the imaginary cliff), that on the back three men.
The quotation is hardly readable. It is from his song La Paimpolaise (The Paimpol Girl) of 1895.
J'aime le parfum de la Paimpolaise
Son église et son grand pardon
J'aime surtout la Paimpolaise
Qui m'attend au pays breton
Signed: Pierre Lenoir
Inaugurated 15 July 1928.
- Pierre Lenoir (1879-1953),
