a fondé, à partir de 1860,
avec le Docteur Olliffe,
le banquier Donon et l'architecte Breney
la nouvelle station touristique
et balnéaire de Deauville.

In 1860, president of the legislature
and half brother of Napoleon III,
the 1st Duke de Morny-designate, together
with Sir Joseph Olliffe, doctor, Armand Donon,
banker, and Desle Francois Breney, architect,
founded the tourist resort and spa of Deauville
