On three sides of the Neogothic church of St. John the Baptist are saints' statues, placed in niches in the top of the gable.

South: La Virgen con el Niño, Saint Mary, the mother of Jesus Christ (Wikipedia).
West: San José con el Niño, the husband of the Virgin Mary and the earthly father of Jesus Christ (in distinction to God, his "heavenly father") (Wikipedia).
North: San Sebastián, (died c. 288), martyr, killed during the Roman emperor Diocletian's persecution of Christians (Wikipedia).
