The Mühlhausen Lion

Description

Large stone lion on top of a bastion-like hill. The lion is part of a war memorial for the fallen in the first World War, which was designed by Carl Christoph Lörcher. The further parts of the memorial are: under the lion a shield with sword and the years 1914 and 1918 and below on the front five stone-cut steel helmets with inscriptions.
