The Liebfrauenkirche (Church of Our Lady) has a few sculpture works on the portals at the north and west side. The church was founded in 954 by Otto I at the Imperial Diet (Reichstag) in Arnsfeld.

The tympanum of the north portal in the nave shows a Calvary, dating from 1246/1255.
