Description

Fountain with a column with on top the city patron St. Peter on top. The column rises from a hexagonal water basin. Around the column are statues of the four cardinal virtues, between them lions with coats of arms. Above these are geese and putti riding on dolphins on a round plate. The top part of the column is adorn with cartouches with the construction date and three eagles with the coats-of-arms of the city of Trier, the Elector Johann VII and the electorate of Trier.
