Description

Statue of a women standing in the widn, holding her hat and skirt.
"Dä Geldersche Wend" has long been a saying that is used by residents of surrounding villages to the present day. Ironically, it was intended to declare the "Geldrianer" as a show-off, a know-it-all, and a connoisseur. This popular opinion is also expressed in the song of the poet Schäng Kox, which is on a tablet near the statue.
