  1. Großherzogin Cäcilie von Oldenburg / Cecilia of Sweden (Stockholm 1807 - Oldenburg 1844), composer, a Swedish princess by birth, and Grand Duchess of Oldenburg by marriage to Grand Duke August I. She was the daughter of King Gustav IV Adolf of Sweden and Frederica of Baden (Wikipedia).
  2. Konstantin Friedrich Peter von Oldenburg (Yaroslavl 1812 - St. Peterburg 1881), Duke of the House of Oldenburg. He was a nephew of Duke August I.
The third medaillon shows the coat of arms of Oldenburg.

Annotation

Originally the Cäcilienschule, built in 1867 for the higher girl's school, which was founded in 1836 by Prince Constantin Friedrich Peter. The school was named after the former Grand Duchess Cäcilie (1807-1844).
