Annotation

The monument was inaugurated for the first time in the courtyard of the Historical Museum at Constitution Day 1926, however, already in 1933 it was removed by the Nazis. Scheibe made a new cast, so that the youth figure could be re-erected in celebration of the 25th anniversary of the death of Ebert on 28 February 1950.
