Annotation

The statue is a replica made in 1983, the 1803 original is in the Residenzmuseum.

Franz Jakob Schwanthaler (Ried im Innkreis, Austria, 1760-München 1820), German sculptor, father of Ludwig von Schwanthaler (Wikipedia).
