Plastik von Heinz Fritz (1905) für den Turm des
1944 zerstörten Rathauses, erneut angebracht
1968. Modell für die "Stuttgardia" war
Else Weil, geboren in Stuttgart, in der NS-Zeit
als Jüdin in die USA geflüchtet, beerdigt auf
den Pargfriedhof.

Sculpture by Heinz Fritz (1905) for the tower
of the City Hall, destroyed 1944, replaced 1968.
The model was Else Weil, Stuttgart native, who
fled from the Nazis to the USA as a Jew and
has been buried in the cemetery Pragfriedhof.

1968. L'effigie de la «Stuttgardia» est Else Weil,
juive née à Stuttgart, réfugiée aux Etats-Unis
