Three statues in the façade of the Jesuitenkirche:
On the roof are allegorical statues of Faith, Charity and Hope, which we could not photograph because of the heavy backlight.
- (top) Christus - Christ, making a blessing gesture and holding an orb.
- (left) St. Ignatius von Loyola - St. Ignatius of Loyola, with the IHS symbol on his chest and holding a paper with the text ad majorem dei gloriam
(1491-1556), Spanish knight from a Basque noble family, hermit, priest since 1537, and theologian, founded the Society of Jesus and was its first Superior General
- (right) St. Franz Xaver, holding a cross and baptizing a smal indian. A second indian holds his staff.
(Javier, Navarra 1506 - São João Island, China, 1552), pioneering Roman Catholic missionary, co-founder of the Society of Jesus
