Description

Fountain with recumbent nude woman.

It is the only remnant of the Meuse and Bocq Fountain, which recalled the role played by the Bocq, a tributary of the Meuse, for the iron industry of the region. The original fountain had a circular basin with the woman lying on the edge, she represents the Meuse, accompanied by a little boy, the Bocq (see the postcard below).
