Relief plaque reproduces a box of The Crab with the Golden Claws, the ninth volume of The Adventures of Tintin, the comics series by Belgian cartoonist Hergé. It shows the first meeting between Tintin and Captain Haddock. The plaque commemorates the third Festival Tintin, which was held in Namur in the weekend 8-9 May 2009.
