Description

Stele surrounded by human figures: on the front and on the right, four soldiers, on the left two women - one mourning and one looking out, and a boy giving a hand to the first soldier. On the back of the stele the coat-of-arms of Marche-en-Famenne, surmounted by an eagle, and the year 1921

Inscription(s)

On the front of the base "1914-1918", on the side later added "1940-1945"
At the top of the stele the words: A NOS MORTS GLORIEUX
JUSTICE LIBERTE
