Description

Stone relief in a pointed arch, depicting a young peasant with a coulter, holding a cross, and a priest pointing to heaven, where an angel with palmbranches is flying. In the background the two churches of Geel, St. Amands and St, Dymphna

The design of the scene was made by the sculptor Van Uytvanck based on a sketch by Hubert Verbist.
