Description

Stenen monument in de vorm van een gestileerd kruis met een reliëf van Christus Heilig Hart en de tekst "MORS NITIUM VITA" en de jaartallen 1914 en 1918 op de zijkanten. Voor de zuil staat een stenen beeld van een stervende soldaat op een platform met ervoor de tekst "VOOR GOD EN VADERLAND". Op de achterkant van de zuil staan de namen van de gevallenen uit de Eerste Wereldoorlog (nauwelijks leesbaar) - die van de Tweede Wereldoorlog zijn later toegevoegd.

Stone monument shaped as a stylized cross with a relief of Christ Holy Heart and the text "MORS NITIUM VITA"and the years 1914 and 1918 on the sides. In front of the column is a stone statue of a dying soldier on a platform with in the front the text "VOOR GOD EN VADERLAND". On the back side of the column are the names of the fallen of the First World War (hardly readable) - those of the Second World War were added later.
