  1. (top of façade) Saint with sword and book (St. Paul?)
  2. (top niche) St. Maria, standing on a cloud with angels.
    Saint Mary, the mother of Jesus Christ (Wikipedia).
  3. (lower left) St. Karl Borromäus
    (Italian: Carlo Borromeo) (1538 - 1584), cardinal, worked during the Counter-Reformation and was responsible for significant reforms in the Catholic Church (Wikipedia).
  4. (lower right) St. Augustinus
    (354 - 430), Bishop of Hippo Regius (present-day Annaba, Algeria), philosopher and theologian; his writings were very influential in the development of Western Christianity (Wikipedia).
