Annotation

At the request of Emperor Leopold I, the two fountains on the Graben were in 1680 equipped with stone statues of St. Joseph and Leopold, made by the sculptor Johann Frühwirth. These statues were 1804 replaced by lead figures made by Johann Martin Fischer replaced. The statues of Frühwirth have been missing ever since.
