Stele with a bronze relief in two sections:
- the upper section shows the signing of the first paréage in Lleida on 8 September 1278 by the Count of Foix, Roger-Bernard III, and the Bishop of Urgell, Pere d'Urtx, establishing their joint-sovereignty over the territory of Andorra.
- the lower section the celebration of the 700th anniversary in 1978 by the co-princes, Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, president of France, and Joan Martí i Alanis, Bishop of Urgell.
