Square pillar with an elaborate runic cross. At the top of each face are recessed figures with coats of arms and an inscription below each figure:

The Army - soldier (very weathered); coat of arms of the Diocese of Canterbury.
The Air Foce - pilot (very weathered); coat of arms of Edward the Black Prince.
The Navy - sailor; coat of arms of the county of Kent.

Below these are plaques with names and inscriptions are bronze.
