Description

Plaque with relief portrait and text in Lithuanian and Ukrainian. Above the text the national symbols of Lithuania (the Columns of the Gediminids) and Ukraine (the Tryzub, or trident). Between the text the logo of the Організація Українських Націоналістів (Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists).
